We've been creating exciting and captivating shows for special events with Strings on Fire since 2006 and bring you our wealth of experience to help make your event a memorable success.
All our shows are designed with wow-factor in mind, so whether you choose a show with or without fire, a short dynamic opener or a longer presentation, you can be confident that it will hit the mark with high impact.
We most typically perform feature shows for corporate and special events. We're often booked to deliver exciting opening acts or short attention-grabbing performances to focus attention for an important speech or before or after presentation of awards.
Gala dinners, Awards Nights and Conference Event Dinners are our specialty.

more information about having us perform at your next event
We are based in Sydney and regularly perform in venues Australia-wide, most often in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Hobart. Strings on Fire's shows are also available for international events. We often perform in Auckland and across Asia, most recently in Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo and Osaka.
Most of our shows are designed to be performed in 5 star ballrooms. That means our safety standards are compliant with international standards. It also means that every aspect of the show is suitable for the venue. Some venues don't allow fire. To cater for the changing Occupational Health and Safety culture, we developed The Velvet Royale Show with these restrictions in mind.
When considering which show to book, we would suggest The Velvet Royale show if you are not certain that your venue will grant fire approval. If you book any of our shows, we are happy to liaise with your venue to arrange a performance with fire, if possible.
